About
Hi, I'm Cody Daig — an engineer by trade and a photographer by habit. cody.photo is where I keep a simple, ongoing practice: a photo a day.
Most of what I shoot is landscape and the everyday — the light on a drive home, a trail, a quiet corner. Grouping the work into albums and posting one photo each day keeps me paying attention to the world in front of me.
My approach
Authentic moments
I chase genuine light and real moments over posed, artificial scenes.
Quality over quantity
Fewer frames, made with more care. One photo a day keeps me looking.
Patient observation
Waiting for the right light or expression instead of rushing the shot.
